If your AirVisual Pro's Indoor/Outdoor comparison screen stops displaying outdoor data on the right side, and instead shows a greyed-out AQI face and the message 'No recent data', this suggests there may be a problem with the data source for the station you are following.

You can check if there is an issue with the station's data source by checking the same station on the AirVisual air quality app.

If there is an issue and the station has stopped reporting up-to-date data - please let us know! In some cases, the issue may be due to the source itself having stopped reporting new data altogether - in this instance, there is not much we can do except wait for it to resume reporting as normal. In other cases, we will be able to fix the problem.

Contact AirVisual support

A short-term solution in the meantime can be to follow a different station near you which is reporting up-to-date data.
