Once you receive your new AirVisual Node/Pro monitor, you should register your device to an AirVisual profile, in order to unlock the monitor's full features (such as viewing your monitor's readings on the AirVisual website, being able to control settings remotely through the website or app).
If you receive an error message when trying to enter your serial number, please contact us so that we can help to resolve the issue.

- through which channel you bought your device
