Changes below refer to updates made to the 2018 World Air Quality Report PDF and complete "World's most polluted cities" ranking hosted on the AirVisual.com website.

V1.0 - Published 5 March 2019

V1.1 - Updated 15 March 2019

- Includes recategorization of selected locations within Europe under different city groupings.

In V1.0's European ranking, Gracanica in Bosnia & Herzegovina was displayed as Europe's 3rd regional city with highest PM2.5. However this was based on incorrect geolocation, since the data used to represent Gracanica was from a station based in Tuzla, another city in Tuzla Canton. Gracanica Municipality does not currently publish air monitoring data.
