If you're trying to add your Node/Pro's serial number in the app or in the website and you get the following error "The serial number you entered doesn't exist", then:
- Double-check your serial number from inside the settings menu > 'About' > 'Node/Pro Info'.
- If the serial number you entered is the correct code and it still doesn't work, then contact us and send us the serial number. We will respond within 24 hours with a solution.
