The IQAir New Edition HealthPro Series has been awarded the PTPA (Parent Tested/Parent Approved) Winner’s Seal of Approval. PTPA is North America’s largest volunteer parent testing community, with more than 60,000 parents participating in its product reviews.

Independent PTPA parent volunteers evaluated the New Edition air purifiers in their own homes to ensure that the award was based on merit and consumer experience – not on commercial considerations. Being honored with the influential Seal of Approval from PTPA Media is the latest in a string of accolades from major testing and review boards since the New Edition systems were introduced in 2012. The New Edition systems feature up to 25% more clean air, 38% longer filter life and are 32% quieter than previous IQAir systems, making them better than ever for home use.

“Families need the highest possible level of air purification, especially when allergies or asthma are an issue,” says Frank Hammes, president of IQAir. “But the problem has always been to achieve this without sacrificing a quiet indoor environment. The New Edition systems are now the quietest high-performance air purifiers in the world. We’re honored that the parents who participated in this evaluation recognized these advances and awarded the New Edition air purifiers their Seal of Approval.”

“At PTPA Media, we are proud to play a role in certifying innovative products that families can trust,” says Sharon Vinderine, CEO and founder of PTPA Media Inc. “When consumers search for our Seal of Approval on product packaging and Web sites, they are essentially searching for validation from their peers. Their peers will have objectively tested and approved these products based on their performance in a real-life environment. That type of resource for families is priceless.”
