Why not listed in air quality ranking

There are several reasons for a city or a country not being part of the air quality ranking:

1. No air quality monitoring measurements points for that city and country.
2. No PM2.5 measurement. There might be other measurements like PM10 or Ozone.
3. Not enough data availability in the course of the year as per the “data availability rule”
